It’s so great outside now, it would be a shame not to ride. It doesn’t matter how long, which route, hills or plains. It’s just important to go outside and enjoy the autumn. Smell the scents, taste the perfumes, feel the fresh air, reset the mind and recharge the body. These are just some of the side effects a ride triggers on me. It’s a combination of healthy release of built up worries, that dissolve themselves after the first kilometer, and the spark of freshness that brings the slow climb towards the top of the hill.
